by Brad Johnston on Nov.04, 2008, under moblog

I got here at 6:30am and the line was wrapped around the white chains. Now, 20 minutes later, its out the door and going outside back to the main door and down another hallway.

One Last Day @ Valleyfair

by Brad Johnston on Oct.19, 2008, under moblog

Well, at least for the kids. With our upcoming trip to Orlando, they won’t get another chance to go unless they want to get the bejesus scared out of them at Valleyscare. Brandy and I are thinking of hitting their last evening of the year on Saturday, November 1st but we’ll have to see how damaged our budget is after Walt Disney takes his share otherwise we’ll probably be spending our evenings at home eating Ramen noodles instead.

Brad, a Ho for City Council

by Brad Johnston on Oct.15, 2008, under food, friends, kaitlyn, moblog

I figured at least my brother would get a kick out of this guy’s name. I sure did! I guess this leaves little left for the imagination on my maturity.

I was just looking at bradaho.com and saw a picture of him. He kinda looks like the kinda guy that might get pissed off at me for this. Oh well. Sorry, my fellow Brad. You can tell on me to Norm Coleman if it makes you feel better.

Northwest Airlines Family Day 2008

by Brad Johnston on Oct.14, 2008, under family, kieran, moblog

We recently enjoyed Northwest Airlines Tech Ops Family Day over in Building C on October 4th. Now the kids think that there’s always face painting and popcorn at “daddy’s work”. I wish.

Weekend in Pierre

by Brad Johnston on Oct.13, 2008, under family, moblog, trip

This was suppose to be a weekend in the Black Hills but the winter storm warnings forced us to change our plans! SO Kieran and myself went to Pierre Friday night, arriving around 11:30pm and returning Sunday morning back at MSP around 9am.

Given that the weather was kinda cruddy, we didn’t do a whole lot expect… eat. Cattlemen’s Club, Guadalajara, and Zesto — the Pierre staples. But, nevertheless, it was good to see the parents and Oscar, their elder tomcat.
